Responsibilities As a Manufacturing Associate, your responsibilities may include: * Operating production machinery and equipment. * Assisting with assembly, fabrication, or packaging processes. * Performing quality inspections to ensure product standards are met. * Following detailed work instructions and production specifications. * Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment. * Supporting material handling, staging, and inventory processes. * Working efficiently to meet daily production goals. * Assisting in troubleshooting minor production issues. Requirements * Prior manufacturing or production experience preferred . * Tenured work history required (stability and reliability are essential). * Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks. * Strong attention to detail and quality. * Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team. * Dependable attendance and punctuality. * Safety-conscious mindset in an industrial environment. Skills & Qualifications * Production line or machine operation experience. * Assembly or fabrication background a plus. * Basic mechanical aptitude. * Strong communication and teamwork skills. * Ability to adapt to different production tasks as needed. Shifts & Hours * 1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM * 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM * 3rd Shift: 12:00 AM - 7:00 AM * Full-Time * Overtime may be available based on production needs Pay & Benefits * $16.00 - $19.04 per hour , based on experience. * Weekly pay through Express Employment Professionals. * Health, Dental, and Vision insurance options available. * Long-term opportunity with growth potential. * Stable manufacturing environment.
