Job title: Regulatory Affairs Specialist (IP)
Provide reports and analytics for IP attorneys regularly, focusing on trends, statistics, and
other relevant data related to productivity, volume, processing times, and client service;
Responsible for supporting the IP attorneys/agents and professional staff. Provide
guidance, mentoring, and training to develop and retain top talent;
Perform registered IP diligence, including ownership, security interests, chain of title
analysis, oppositions, and similar issues;
Prepare and file documentation with USPTO, USCO, CNIPA, NCA, and WIPO,
including assignment agreements, change of name filings, and security interests;
Analyze questions regarding the registration and prosecution process for copyrights,
trademarks, and patents;
Conduct legal research as needed under the supervision of IPT attorneys.
$74,464.00/year
Requirements:
Master’s degree in Law. Fluency in Mandarin.
