At KPMG, we believe nothing is more important than investing in our culture because it's an investment in our people, our future, and what we stand for as a firm.KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Manager, Tax - Ignition (SAP) to join our Tax Ignition practice.Responsibilities:Oversee key business development activities for enterprise resource planning (ERP-S/4HANA) advisory products, including targeting key C- level clients, proposing services, and closing opportunities on SAP engagements with a focus on S/4HANA Finance, Controlling, COPA, fixed assets, withholding taxes, intercompany, Datasphere, PaPM, BW)Lead highly skilled client and KPMG work teams throughout the project lifecycle by leveraging SAP services and helping to ensure timely execution of project deliverablesEstablish client value propositions that tie financial metrics to tax operations system improvementParticipate in the continual development and publication of thought leadership and service offeringsAssist partners with practice administration including resource allocation, career development of staff, and other people management decisionsCollaborate with functional consultants, business analysts, and end-users to understand business requirements and translate them into technical and business specificationsAct with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environmentQualifications:Minimum eight years of recent external management consulting experience providing SAP advisory services, specific to SAP Finance, Datasphere, PaPM, BW, SAP HANA-SQL/ABAP, S/4HANA, PaPM to clients across multiple industries; consulting experience preferredBachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in computer science, engineering, or a related field is a preferred; a minimum of a high school diploma or GED is requiredLicensed CPA, JD/LLM or EA, in addition to others on KPMG's approved credential listing; any individual who does not possess at least one of the approved designations/credentials when their employment commences, has one year from their date of hire to obtain at least one of the approved designations/credentials; should you like to see the complete list of currently approved designations/credentials for the hiring practice/service line, your recruiter can provide you with that listDemonstrated experience developing relationships with senior clients in a professional services environmentAbility to travel up to 80%KPMG LLP and its affiliates and subsidiaries ("KPMG") complies with all local/state regulations regarding displaying salary ranges.
