In this role, you will work directly with customers to deliver, configure, and support our Knowvation platform. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver who thrives in customer-facing environments, has a strong technical foundation, and enjoys collaborating with both end users and developers to ensure successful deployments and ongoing system performance.Responsibilities:Implementation:Collaborate with customers to define Knowvation configurations tailored to their needsMap customer data and metadata for ingestion into KnowvationDeploy and configure Knowvation systems across varied environmentsSupport:Respond to and resolve customer support tickets in a timely mannerApply patches and updates to systems to address security vulnerabilitiesIdentify, document, and escalate bugs and feature requests for the development teamMandatory Qualifications:Ability to discover customer use cases and requirementsAbility to run backups, imports, and queries in SQL Server or PostgreSQLBasic familiarity with AWS services (EC2, S3, and RDS)Knowledge of ETL processesPreferred QualificationsActive security clearanceExperience with SolrExperience automating application configuration and deployment on WindowsExperience delivering end-user application trainingStrong technical writing skills for documentation and user guidesBenefits:15 days paid time off per year11 paid holidays per yearMedical, Dental & Vision401(k) Plan with matchingTuition assistanceDisability insuranceReferral Bonuses
