Summary of Job:The Production Training Coordinator contributes to the development, delivery, and sustainment of a formalized job training program supporting production job training processes. This role often takes the lead and actively participates in building training systems, improving training effectiveness, and promoting training best practices across operations.Job Title: Training Coordinator IILocation: Trivium Facility, Newton NCDuration: 12 monthsTop Required Skills:Employee Onboarding & Training Program ManagementOrganizational & Workforce Tracking SkillsHiring, Interviewing & Talent CoordinationMust-Have Skills:End-to-end onboarding experience for salaried employeesTraining plan development and standardized onboarding programsStrong organizational skills (regular check-ins, headcount tracking, task accountability)Hiring and interviewing support experienceCross-functional collaboration (Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, IT)Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)Strong communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentNice-to-Have Skills:Experience supporting manufacturing or industrial environmentsMentorship program coordinationData tracking, reporting, and metrics analysisWorkforce planning and hiring plan maintenanceAdaptability to rapidly growing organizationsKey Responsibilities & Duties:Manage end-to-end onboarding for salaried employees across Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, and ITDevelop, implement, and track standardized training plans and onboarding templatesCoordinate mentorship and training initiatives to support new employee developmentSupport hiring and interviewing processes and maintain hiring plans for a growing manufacturing siteServe as liaison between HR, department leaders, and new employees to ensure alignment and communicationTrack and report onboarding, hiring, and training metrics to identify improvement opportunitiesRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (experience considered in lieu of degree)5+ years of experience in onboarding, training, and/or recruitmentStrong organizational, communication, and collaboration skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
