Job detailsExciting Business Operations Assistant opportunity at Kelly in partnership with Johnson & JohnsonLocation: Raritan, NJ or Titusville, NJRole -Hybrid: 3 days in office / 2 days remoteContract - 2 years,Pay rate: $34.59/hourPosition Summary:The Business Operations Assistant provides routine administrative and operational support for the global organization. The role supports staff at all levels, adhering to established administrative processes to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and quality in all deliverables. This position requires high standards of professionalism, efficiency, personal communication, discretion, and independent judgment.Key Responsibilities:Manage calendars for managers and teams, including scheduling 1:1 meetings, team meetings, and interviewsProvide logistical support for in-person, hybrid, and virtual meetings; coordinate office logistics such as site visits, guest check-in, space coordination, and supply ordersAssist with interview scheduling and recruitment activities; support onboarding and offboarding for employeesHandle confidential documents and materials; manage files in both paper and electronic formats, maintain accurate recordsShare best practices and harmonize support across the Centralized Admin Network (CAN); support team projects and initiativesPrepare and distribute presentations and communications, maintain and update email distribution listsManage SharePoint sites, document warehouses, and archiving tools including document uploads and organizational structureStay current in area of expertise, proactively manage own development and training planAdhere to the Johnson & Johnson Code of Business Conduct and act in line with Our Credo valuesQualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferredExperience in administrative support, knowledge of departmental processes, contract administration, and Microsoft Office 365Confident with document management, organizational software, and new communication toolsAbility to multitask, work independently under minimum supervision, and meet tight deadlinesStrong attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to prioritize effectivelyExcellent written and oral communication skills in EnglishAble to handle information discreetly and communicate tactfully with internal and external parties
