Delivery Driver

*Job Overview* Dean Security Inc. is a leading provider of gun safes, home safes, and security products. We are looking for a dependable and professional Delivery Driver to join our team in Simi Valley. Our drivers play an important role in the customer experience. This position involves delivering residential and commercial safes, safely handling heavy and valuable products, and representing Dean Security Inc. professionally at customer locations. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-minded, physically capable, and takes pride in providing excellent customer service. *Responsibilities* * Deliver residential and commercial safes to customer locations safely and efficiently * Load, secure, transport, and unload safes and other products using proper handling techniquesVerify orders and delivery information and obtain required signatures or proof of delivery * Assist with the safe placement and movement of products at customer locations * Communicate with the Operations team regarding delivery schedules, customer needs, and any issues that arise * Maintain a professional and courteous attitude when interacting with customers * Follow all traffic laws, company safety procedures, and proper equipment-handling practices * Perform basic inspections of company vehicles and moving equipment before use * Report vehicle maintenance needs, accidents, damages, or other incidents promptly * Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle and work area * Assist with general warehouse and operations duties when not making deliveries *Qualifications* * High school diploma or equivalent * Valid driver's license with a clean driving record * Previous delivery, moving, warehouse, or similar experience preferred * Ability to safely lift, move, and handle heavy products * Comfortable working in residential and commercial environments * Strong communication and customer service skills * Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently * Professional demeanor and strong attention to detail * Commitment to safety and taking care of customer property * Willingness to work as part of a team and assist with other operational needs when necessary This position offers an opportunity to be an essential part of our logistics team while ensuring safe and efficient deliveries.
