Union Shop! The right candidate will have past dealership experience and a strong background in collision centers. The day-to-day duties of this role include repairing damaged parts, communicating with the parts department to obtain necessary parts, and documenting all repairs performed.ResponsibilitiesDetermine and repair damaged partsCommunicate status of repairs clearly to body shop managerCommunicate with parts department to obtain necessary partsDocument all repairs performedDocument all materials usedMaintain work area in a clean and orderly mannerFollow all company safety proceduresUnderstand and follow federal, state, and local regulations such as the disposal of hazardous wasteQualificationsPrevious experience in a dealership is a plusASE Certification is a plusHigh school diploma or equivalentPast dealership experience requiredPast collision center experience is required as wellCompletion of vocational program preferred, but not requiredAble to work in fast-paced environmentStrong communication and organizational skillsClean driving record & valid driver's licenseArnie Bauer is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
