Position Overview:The Tax Manager will oversee all tax related matters for the company, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations. They will be responsible for managing a team and providing guidance and support to ensure accurate and timely tax filings.Key Responsibilities:Oversee the preparation and filing of all tax returns, including individual and business tax returns.Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations and ensure the company's compliance.Manage and develop a team of tax professionals.Review and analyze tax provisions, payments, and reconciliations.Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely reporting of tax information.Manage relationships with external tax consultants and government agencies.Conduct regular audits to identify potential areas of risk and implement corrective actions.Qualifications:CPA certification is required.Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.Minimum of 8 years experience in tax management or related field.Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations.Experience managing a team.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. BenefitsVacation/PTO Medical Dental Vision 401k Match   Email Your Resume In Word ToVictoria.Patel@CyberCoders.comLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
