Mechanic

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in automotive repair, farm machinery, diesel engine repair, and dealership operations. The Mechanic will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing various vehicles and equipment. Responsibilities - Perform routine maintenance on vehicles and machinery - Diagnose and repair mechanical issues - Conduct automotive diagnostics using schematics and diagnostic tools - Operate heavy equipment as needed - Utilize power tools for repairs Qualifications - Proven experience in automotive repair and maintenance - Knowledge of diesel engine repair and dealership operations - Familiarity with farm machinery maintenance - Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics - Strong problem-solving skills - Excellent attention to detail Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour Expected hours: 20 – 50 per week Benefits: Employee discount Flexible schedule Parental leave Referral program Schedule: 12 hour shift 4 hour shift 8 hour shift Day shift Evening shift Monday to Friday Weekends as needed People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Experience: Mechanical troubleshooting: 1 year (Preferred) License/Certification: GM Certification (Preferred) Location: Racine, WI 53402 (Preferred) Shift availability: Day Shift (Preferred) Work Location: In person
