We are committed to safety, technical excellence, and disciplined execution, and we invest in people who take pride in their craft and professionalism.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative support to Project Managers and field teams across marine dredging projects.Coordinate schedules, documentation, and progress reportingMaintain project cost and budget data in UnanetSupport PMs during mobilization and closeoutCommunicate with Procurement and AccountingDevelop standard reporting templatesStrong general technical aptitude (Excel, digital reporting tools, GPS/mapping systems a plus)Ability to act as a bridge between field operations and digital systemsWillingness to spend significant time in the field supporting active projects in various locationsRequirementsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field3–5 years of experience supporting marine, heavy civil, or industrial construction projectsProficient in Unanet A/E (or similar ERP) for cost tracking, forecasting, and reportingExperience with or ability to quickly learn RMS (Resident Management System)Strong written and verbal communication; able to coordinate with field and office staffWorking knowledge of contract documents, RFIs, submittals, and change ordersDemonstrated ability to manage deadlines and project documentation independentlyUnderstanding of dredging operations, equipment, and workflows
