Janitor

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking **Entry-Level Janitor** to help maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety throughout our office and manufacturing environments. The ideal candidate will support daily sanitation efforts and ensure all workspaces remain clean, presentable, and safe for employees and visitors.**Schedule** : 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday**Responsibilities**+ Clean and sanitize offices, restrooms, break rooms, hallways, and common areas+ Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust floors and surfaces+ Empty trash and recycling bins and replace liners+ Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces+ Restock restroom and cleaning supplies as needed+ Maintain cleanliness in manufacturing and warehouse areas+ Follow safety procedures when handling cleaning chemicals and equipment+ Report maintenance issues or safety concerns to supervisors+ Assist with special cleaning projects and additional duties as assigned**Qualifications**+ High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required+ Previous janitorial or cleaning experience is a plus, but not required+ Ability to follow instructions and work independently+ Strong attention to detail and good time management skills+ Dependable attendance and strong work ethic+ Ability to lift up to 40 pounds+ Ability to stand, bend, walk, and move continuously throughout scheduled shifts**Work Environment**+ Office buildings and manufacturing facilities+ Exposure to cleaning chemicals, dust, powder, noise, and industrial equipment+ May require evening, night, or weekend shifts depending on business needs**Physical Requirements**+ Ability to perform physical tasks including standing and walking for extended periods+ Frequent bending, reaching, lifting, and carrying up to 40 pounds+ Ability to move continuously throughout office and manufacturing environments during scheduled shifts**Why Join Us?**· Weekly pay of $ 21.00-22.00/hr+ Stable and supportive work environment+ Opportunity to grow within the company+ Team-oriented culture+ Meaningful role supporting daily operations and workplace safetyIf you are dependable, motivated, and ready to contribute to a clean and safe workplace, we encourage you to apply today.**Pay Details:** $21.00 to $22.00 per hourBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
