Reassembly Technician

Job Description:- Reassemble vehicles to pre-accident condition meeting OEM requirements- Perform quality control checks- Perform test drives and system function checks- Fit sheet metal and other new parts- Install mechanical parts such as radiators and condensers- Help in disassembly and repair departments as workflow permitsRequirements:- Must have a valid drivers license with a clean driving record- Must be able to lift, squat, kneel, bend and manage parts in excess of 50 pounds- Ability to pass a drug test and background check- Must be dependable, maintain a clean and organized environment, be a team player while paying attention to detail and maintaining a positive attitudeBenefits:- 100% paid Employee BCBS Health Insurance- 100% paid Employee Dental Insurance- Paid holidays and time off- 401k Retirement offered with up to 4% match- All tools are provided- Necessary training and certifications provided and paid for by the company- Team environment in a small, family-owned company- Opportunities for growth within the companyPay:Pay is an hourly rate that is based on experience. We love hiring technicians with experience but we are also excited to help grow some technicians coming into the industry.
