Warehouse Logistics Technician
The Exhibit Warehouse Associate facilitates the flow of exhibit materials in and out of the shop, ensures all items are in working order, and prepares them for upcoming trade shows or events. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role that requires high attention to detail to ensure custom, expensive exhibits are securely packed, transported, and assembled correctly.
Exhibit Prep & Assembly
Pre-stage, assemble, and test-fit custom exhibit booths and modular systems in the shop before shipping.
Perform light carpentry, repairs, adjustments, graphics installation, or lighting/AV setup as needed.
Inspect exhibits for quality, completeness, condition, and damage before shipment.
Shipping & Receiving
Load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment, safely handle inbound and outbound materials, and process shipping/receiving paperwork.
Inspect inbound exhibits and client material for damage upon receipt and document findings.
Pull and pack client materials, ensuring accurate selection, labeling, crating, palletizing, and preparation for shipping.
Track inventory of client owned materials, exhibit components, graphics, furniture, hardware, and maintain organized storage areas.
Warehouse Operations
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse workspace; ensure clear aisles, proper storage of materials, and compliance with all safety protocols and company policies.
Adhere to guidelines while handling materials to prevent damage.
Required Skills
High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in warehouse operations, shipping/receiving, trade show exhibits, event production, custom displays or logistics preferred.
Physical stamina: Ability to lift and carry heavy objects frequently, stand for extended periods, and work in a physically demanding environment.
Valid forklift operator certification
Mechanical aptitude: Ability to read drawings, blueprints, floor plans, or build instructions to assemble displays.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills.
Proven reliability, punctuality, and a positive, team-oriented attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow.
Willingness to work overtime, including evenings or occasional weekends, as needed during peak event seasons and tight deadlines.
Experience with exhibit systems (e.g., modular components) and basic carpentry/hand tool skills is a strong plus.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
