Financial Planning Assistant
Our mission is to make a positive difference for our clients by simplifying and organizing their complex financial lives.
We are a Private Wealth Advisor practice affiliated with Ameriprise Financial. We work with high net worth clients to help them plan comprehensively for all their financial goals. Our team is made up of 6 producing advisors and 8 support staff. This position will be supporting the business operations of our Southampton location.
We are looking for a full-time individual to join our team and provide world-class service to our practice, work closely with advisors, our operations team and provide direct administrative support who matches the cultural description below:

Responsibilities include:
First point of contact for clients by phone or in person: communicate and direct calls and guests appropriately and professionally.
Update client data in CRM database.
Handle errands/lunches for the office as needed or requested.
Scan/maintain electronic files.
Assist the Client Service Team with tasks as requested (including forms, client data, reports).
Client review meeting document preparation.
Assist with Special Projects as requested by advisors and team members.
Attend & participate in team and client events as requested.
