This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on technical work, mechanical and electrical assembly, reading schematics and 3D models, and building complex machinery from the ground up.Why Join Us? Work on custom industrial automation machinery (not repetitive production line work) Clean, modern, climate-controlled facility (heated and cooled throughout) Stable, full-time employment Supportive team environment focused on quality craftsmanship Strong career growth opportunities into Field Service Health, dental & vision insurance 401(k) with company match PTO, 9 paid holidays, and company year-end shutdown between Christmas and New Year’s Company-paid life insurance and short-term disabilityWhat You’ll Do Assemble custom industrial automation machinery and mechanical subassemblies Work from mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, pneumatic diagrams, and 3D assembly models Route and terminate wiring, cables, and pneumatic lines Wire single-phase and 3-phase motors and industrial electrical components Install sensors, actuators, motors, and other machine components Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical assembly issues Use hand and power tools safely and accurately Maintain clean and organized work areas Support production schedules and overtime as neededRequirements What We’re Looking For 2+ years of industrial machine building, equipment assembly, maintenance, or related experience Ability to read mechanical drawings and electrical/pneumatic schematics Experience wiring motors, sensors, or industrial electrical components Experience working from 3D models or CAD-based assembly systems preferred Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Ability to use hand and power tools safely Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and climb ladders when needed Must provide basic hand tools (specialty tools supplied)
