Our fleet supports the distribution of foodservice, grocery, tobacco, and general merchandise products for Cooper-Booth Wholesale.Position Summary: Cooper-Booth is looking for dedicated, top performing CDL Class A Delivery Drivers to join our team and ensure timely and accurate deliveries.$8,000 Class A Driver Sign-on Bonus!Compensation (paid weekly): Top performing Class A drivers earn $1,900 - $2,300 per week!Formula basis, based on the routes you deliver = daily rate + miles + stops + cases + trailer payEarn $85,000 - $105,000 in your first year with growth to $98,000 - $115,000 per year!Top performers earn $100,000+ per year!Safety & Attendance Bonus: Up to $400 per month and $100 per quarterScheduleMost drivers home dailyLocal and regional routes5-day work week, Saturdays required for new hiresEarly morning start times (typically 1:00 am – 4:00 am)9 – 12 hour days60-hour DOT hour clockWhat You'll DoOperate automatic transmission freightlinersSafely transport and deliver products to convenience stores.Run assigned delivery routes with multiple stops.Unload trucks using a handcart and food service ramp.Handle 700 - 900 packages per day, with some weighing up to 50 lbs.Provide professional and courteous customer service.Follow all company safety procedures and delivery protocols.What We're Looking ForValid Class A CDL License with a clean driving record for the past 3 years.A minimum of 1 to 2 years of CDL driving experience.Food service delivery experience, preferred.Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including lifting and maneuvering packages throughout the shift.Experience in physical labor, warehouse work, or delivery is strongly preferred.A safety-first mindset and willingness to follow FMCSA and DOT policies and regulations.Excellent customer service and communication skills.BenefitsPaid orientation and on-the-job training.Complete medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and accident insurances.401(k) after 6 months with employer match.80 hours of Paid Time Off (PTO) in your first year; accrues from week one.6 Paid Holidays per year!Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and other mental health benefits are available!Ability to purchase products from the warehouse at wholesale price.Job Posted by ApplicantPro
