This isn't a seat in a 40-person SDR pit reading someone else's script. You'll own the top of the funnel, set the standard for how we run Salesforce, and build the playbook a much larger sales team will run on in three years.What you'll doResearch target accounts and open conversations with chip designers and product teamsMove real interest into technical evaluation, and own the pipeline until it gets thereBuild relationships with SoC customers and learn what their engineers are actually trying to solveBecome the team's Salesforce power user: clean data, custom reports, dashboards on conversion and pipelineDocument what works and turn it into repeatable processYou'll be measured on qualified opportunities created. One clear number, and a satisfying one to beat.What we're looking forBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or something adjacent0 to 2 years of experience. Internships and campus sales roles count. Never sold before? Tell us why you'd be good at it.Comfort with technical subject matter. You don't need to know what a neuromorphic processor is today, but you should want to find out.Writing that gets replies, and enough presence to hold your own on a call with an engineerSelf-direction.
