Gastroenterology Physician

We are seeking a full-time Gastroenterologist to join Texoma Medical Center in Denison, Texas. This employed position offers the opportunity to join an established, high-volume practice with strong referral demand, allowing you to focus on advanced GI procedures while working alongside a collaborative and experienced team. Quick Facts Employment Type: Full-Time, Employed• Schedule / Hours: Clinic and endoscopy suite with procedural focus• Call: Shared call with GI group• Patient Volume: High volume (35+ patients per day) with strong demand and growing waitlist• Location: Denison, Texas (60 miles north of Dallas)• Practice Setting: Hospital-based GI practice within a regional referral center• Support / Care Team: Four Gastroenterologists, APPs, and full support staff• EMR / Technology: Advanced endoscopy suite with robotics and modern EMR Responsibilities Provide comprehensive gastroenterology care to adult patient population• Perform advanced GI procedures including ERCP, EUS, esophageal manometry, and endoscopy• Manage both outpatient clinic and inpatient consults• Collaborate with physicians, APPs, and multidisciplinary care teams• Manage day-to-day clinical and procedural responsibilities• Document patient care using hospital EMR system Compensation & Benefits Salary: $550,000 - $650,000 + productivity incentives/bonuses with strong earning potential• Sign-on / Relocation: Potential for commencement bonus and relocation assistance• Health, Dental, Vision & Retirement: Comprehensive benefits package• PTO, CME & Schedule Flexibility: Paid time off and CME allowance• Wellness & Work-Life Balance Support: Shared call and established practice support Qualifications Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology• Active or eligible Texas medical license• ERCP and EUS experience preferred• Interest in high-volume, procedure-focused practice Growth & Development Opportunity to join a busy, established practice with immediate volume• Access to advanced procedural technology including robotics• Affiliation with a national healthcare organization offering long-term career growth Texoma Medical Center is a 414-bed regional referral center serving North Texas and Southern Oklahoma.
