Overview In this role you will drive end-to-end AI agent solutions inside NiCE’s IT AI Center of Excellence. You’ll design Claude-based cowork solutions, craft prompts, and orchestrate multi-agent workflows using low-code platforms to deliver scalable, business-ready AI outcomes. You collaborate with stakeholders across NiCE to identify automation opportunities and translate them into concrete agent specifications. This position offers hands-on shaping of enterprise AI standards and cross-system integrations. You will help build a thriving Claude-driven AI practice that delivers measurable impact.
