Every element is designed to create moments that become memories.A proximity-based membership deepens community ties and turns loyal guests into advocates with daily entry, regular connection events, guest passes and more included.What You'll Do Standards & Safety Lead Welcome and orient guests with genuine warmth, setting the tone from the moment they arriveManage guest entry and exit with calm professionalism and confidenceUphold venue standards with consistency, fairness, and integrityVerify IDs and ensure compliance with alcohol service and safety standardsMaintain continuous situational awareness through active, thoughtful observationIntervene early, calmly, and professionally to guide situations before they escalateCommunicate clearly and proactively with leadership and teammates to support a safe, smooth flow of the experienceBarback & Bar Support Support bartenders by stocking liquor, beer, wine, ice, glassware, and garnishesMaintain bar cleanliness and organization throughout serviceAnticipate bar needs during peak volume and respond proactivelyAssist with opening, closing, and reset dutiesMonitor guest behavior around the bar and support responsible serviceAct as an extra set of eyes and hands during high-energy momentsThis Role Is for You If...
