* 2+ years of proven experience in apartment maintenance or a related field.
* Minor electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, and general building maintenance
* Excellent customer service skills with a focus on resident satisfaction.
* Experience with drywall, carpeting, apartment turnovers, etc.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Reliable transportation to go to multiple properties for work orders

Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
