The Program Manager is a vital position responsible for overseeing CORE staff in serving each individual with developmental disabilities. The person in this position must have a heart for helping others, creative skills in supporting adults with developmental disabilities within their strengths, while managing people and a budget.
Responsibilities and Duties
The Program Manager supervises, evaluates and coaches our Community Service Coordinators, Team Leaders and Direct Support Professionals. Program Managers are expected to develop, monitor, evaluate and adjust the support needs of the persons with developmental disabilities while ensuring that the individuals develop a full and active circle of friends, family work peers & involvement in the community. The Program Manager must work as part of a team to ensure that each person's supports are provided in the best manner possible within the constraints of the individual's budget and following the individual plan.
Qualifications and Skills
Excellent Communication Skills (Verbal, Interpersonal & Written)
Highly Organized & Detail Oriented
QIDP & Supervisory Experience
Knowledge of County, State & Federal Regulations
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Valid Driver's License in good standing
Pass Background & Drug Screening
