DEI Event Program Manager

Overview As a Program Manager in the DEI PgM team, you will drive strategic DEI initiatives within Research Strategic Operations. You will execute DEI projects, craft communications, and help scale pilots to foster an inclusive culture. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional partners to monitor progress, report outcomes, and embed successful programs into broader DEI efforts. This role offers the chance to influence culture, impact DEI strategy, and work on meaningful, placement-scale initiatives. ResponsibilitiesExecute DEI projects and pilots, including communications and event collaborationDraft presentations, documentation, and communications for alignment and supportMonitor programs and generate reports to assess effectivenessTrack DEI OKRs, identify barriers, and propose corrective actionsCollaborate with DEI Working Group leads to standardize reporting and scale best programsSupport rollout of pilot programs and drive existing initiatives Key requirements5+ years in program management with track record of progress toward goalsExperience drafting event invitations, brochures, and event updatesStrong understanding of DEI topics and commitment to inclusive cultureEvent planning or coordination experienceProven ability to work with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environmentsExperience aligning business practices with KPIs and/or OKRsexcellent communicationcross-functional collaborationability to work under pressureProgram ManagementDEI (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion)Event Planning and Coordination
