You'll conduct thorough pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to maintain reliable transportation, properly secure passengers using approved safety equipment and protocols, and build positive, respectful relationships with passengers, families, and staff. When mechanical or safety concerns arise, you'll act quickly to report them and protect everyone involved.
