Controller

A growing, multi-entity organization is seeking a Controller to lead day-to-day accounting operations and financial reporting across a complex structure. This role will oversee the close process, manage a small team, and partner with leadership to improve processes and strengthen controls.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee monthly close and financial statement preparationManage AP, AR, cash, and reconciliationsHandle intercompany transactions, loans, and management feesMaintain internal controls and drive process improvementsSupervise and mentor a team of 3–4Requirements7–10 years of accounting experienceMulti-entity / holding company experience required, PE, Real Estate or manufacturing a plusStrong Excel and accounting systems experienceLocation: Remote/Commuting distance to lower Connecticut needed| Benefits: Full suite + 401(k)**
