The Sales Specialist will engage with prospective and existing customers to promote and sell the company’s tree care and removal services. Responsibilities include developing client relationships, identifying customer needs, providing service recommendations and pricing, managing sales pipelines, and collaborating with the team to ensure customer satisfaction. The role also involves attending training sessions to stay informed about industry standards and best practices. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management, including the ability to identify opportunities, develop strategies, and close deals.Experience in Training related to enhancing understanding of services and improving sales techniques.Self-motivation, organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in an on-site environment.Prior experience in the tree care or landscaping industry is a plus but not required.High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in sales or customer service are advantageous.
