Human Resources AdministratorThe Human Resources Administrator supports daily HR operations by maintaining employee records, coordinating recruitment, and assisting with onboarding and training. This role ensures accurate documentation, confidentiality, and compliance while organizing HR files and updating HR databases. The position works closely with executive leadership and HR staff, helping compile reports and data summaries. Medical Dental PTO 401K Human Resources Administrator Details: Direct hire position $50,000.00/annually Full time work available First shift (Monday through Friday from 09:00am to 05:00pm) HR Administrative Support Assist with day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks. Collaborate with executive leadership and HR staff. Compile reports, summaries, and data logs for senior leadership. Ensure system compliance with data-security and privacy standards. Proofread HR documents and correspondence. Recruitment Coordination Post job openings and support full-cycle recruitment activities. Screen resumes and schedule interviews and assessments. Assist with preparing offer letters. Support onboarding and new-hire processes. Employee Relations Address employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and benefits. Provide general guidance to employees. Assist with employee engagement programs and events. Benefits Administration Support benefits enrollment and employee inquiries. Assist in administering FMLA, short-term/long-term leave, and COBRA processes. Human Resources Administrator Qualifications: Associate degree in human resources, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred). 2-5 years of experience in HR or administrative roles. HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus. Ability to type 60 words a minute. Bilingual able to read and write Spanish not required but a plus. Strong understanding of HR processes and employment laws. Proficient in Microsoft and Excel and HRIS.
