Job DescriptionA confidential, well-established oil & gas law firm is seeking an Oil & Gas Production Title Opinion Attorney to join its practice on a fully remote basis. The firm maintains a national footprint with attorneys working remotely across the United States and supports flexible schedules, reasonable billable expectations, and strong earning potential tied to performance.The practice focuses on oil & gas production matters for sophisticated E&P clients, primarily in the Permian and Bakken basins. This is an opportunity to join a collaborative, low-overhead environment where attorneys are trusted to deliver high-quality, near-final work product with minimal supervision.Key ResponsibilitiesDraft and analyze oil & gas production title opinionsReview title documents, leases, curative instruments, and related materialsPrepare high-quality work product suitable for partner review with minimal revisionsCollaborate with partners and team members on production and transactional mattersManage matters independently once onboardedExperience & Qualifications2.5+ years of oil & gas experience, with significant exposure to production title opinionsAbility to work independently and deliver polished, near-final work productStrong understanding of oil & gas title and production mattersBig Law or reputable oil & gas boutique experience preferredActive license and good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdictionCompensation & BenefitsCompensation: Competitive and tailored to experience and agreed-upon billable goals (DOE)Bonus: Performance-based bonuses available for exceeding billable expectationsHealth Insurance: Blue Cross PPO401(k): Automatic 3% employer contributionExpenses: Firm covers reasonable bar dues, CLEs, and approved business development costsAdditional Earning OpportunitiesClient Development Credit: Attorneys who introduce new client relationships may participate in a revenue-sharing program based on collected feesMatter Management Compensation: Attorneys managing client matters may receive additional hourly compensation for time billed under their supervisionWork ArrangementFully remote positionAttorneys located nationwideFor more information, please reach out to:Chelsey Haibeck chelsey.haibeck@gogpac.com 605.501.4307
