Operations Planner

Key ResponsibilitiesMaterial Planning & Master Data Management• Maintain and regularly review Material Master data, with a strong focus on MRP 1 to MRP 4 views to ensure planning accuracy.• Perform safety stock analysis and maintenance at least once per quarter based on consumption trends, variability, and business requirements.• Conduct ABC-XYZ-FMR analysis to optimize lot sizing and define appropriate MRP strategies.Inventory Optimization & E&O Management• Conduct Excess & Obsolete (E&O) analysis on a regular basis.• Lead E&O review meetings and coordinate cross-functionally to determine actions such as selling, re-work, reuse, or scrapping of materials.Key Skills & Competencies• Strong knowledge of SAP PP / MM / MRP• Analytical mindset with strong data interpretation skills• Cross-functional collaboration and communication• Problem-solving and root cause analysis• Continuous improvement and automation orientation• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field• Hands-on experience with SAP MRP and scheduling
