Java Full Stack Developer

Duration: Long TermVisa Restriction: W2 only

Note: 80% Backend and 20% Frontend

Tech Stack: Java/Kotlin, Spring Boot (Backend); React, TypeScript (Frontend); Kafka, Elasticsearch, SQL/NoSQL, Kubernetes, AWSKey Responsibilities Drive End-to-End Initiatives: Lead technical initiatives across every layer of the stack, from API and data design to front-end experiences .Architect & Build: Develop scalable, secure, cloud-native applications that interoperate cleanly with surrounding systems .Hands-On Coding: Roughly 70% of time is spent coding while also setting technical direction for the team .Technical Leadership: Act as a subject-matter expert, lead design reviews, and mentor engineers through complex problems .AI Integration: Identify opportunities to apply AI to enhance products and engineering workflows, and coach the team on responsible AI use .Quality Champion: Drive automated testing, CI/CD, observability, performance, security, and accessibility standards .

Minimum Qualifications: 8+ years designing and developing online SaaS applications with full-stack expertise .Backend: Strong expertise in Java and/or Kotlin with Spring Boot (or comparable frameworks) .Frontend: Strong expertise with JavaScript, TypeScript, and React (or comparable modern framework) .APIs: 5+ years building and consuming web APIs (REST, ideally gRPC/GraphQL) .Leadership: Proven track record in setting technical direction, running design reviews, and serving as a cross-functional go-to person .

Preferred / Nice to Have: Experience with AWS, microservices, containers, and Kubernetes .Familiarity with Kafka (event streaming), Elasticsearch, and SQL/NoSQL database design .Hands-on experience building or integrating AI/GenAI capabilities (LLM prompting, model integration) .Experience with observability instrumentation (metrics, logging, tracing) .This role is a good fit if you are a senior engineer who enjoys working across the entire stack, solving complex problems end-to-end, and taking a leadership role in technical design and mentorship.
