Make a Meaningful Difference — No Experience Required! Patterns Behavioral Services is seeking compassionate, motivated individuals to join our team as Part-Time Behavior Technicians. We are currently hiring in sites through Orange County such as Orange, Anaheim, Tustin, Garden Grove, Huntington Beach, Buena Park, Irvine, and Mission Viejo, etc. As a Behavior Technician, you will work one-on-one with children with autism and other developmental disabilities, helping them develop communication, social, and daily living skills using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Compensation: $22 – $26 per hour (based on experience) What You’ll Do Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, clinic, or school settings Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA Collect accurate data to monitor client progress Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and team meetings Support clients in building independence and confidence Assist with daily living and personal care routines (including toileting, hygiene, and self-care) using structured ABA strategies Schedule & Availability Part-time: 10–15 hours per week Availability required: Monday–Friday between 1:00 PM – 7:00 PM Who This Role Is Great For Students or graduates in Psychology, Healthcare, Education, OT, Speech, or related fields Babysitters, nannies, and daycare providers Paraprofessionals, respite workers, and direct support professionals CNAs, LNAs, or individuals new to the field who want to make a meaningful impact No prior ABA experience required — we provide paid training!
