At Schaefer, we don't just manage projects—we build confidence and relationships that last.That kind of trust only comes with a legacy of craftsmanship and integrity—and the kind of project leadership that ensures every milestone is met with precision and purpose.If you're a motivated project leader who values collaboration, clear communication, and exceptional results, we invite you to join our team.Plan, execute, and oversee all phases of commercial construction projects from pre-construction through close-outCollaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project successDevelop and manage detailed project budgets, schedules, and scopes of workTrack project milestones and proactively address delays or issues to keep projects on time and on budgetEnsure compliance with all safety protocols, building codes, and regulatory requirementsCommunicate consistently with field personnel, superintendents, vendors, and clients to maintain alignment and productivityReview and process submittals, RFIs, change orders, and other project documentationConduct regular project meetings to evaluate progress, resolve challenges, and update stakeholdersMaintain accurate records and documentation throughout the project lifecycleMinimum of 3 years of experience in commercial construction project managementProven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and manage multiple concurrent projectsStrong financial acumen and experience developing and managing project budgets and schedulesSkilled in reading and interpreting construction documents including architectural and engineering plansProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with ProCore or other construction management software is a plusFamiliarity with local, state, and federal construction codes and safety regulationsAbility and willingness to travel to out-of-state project sites as neededVacation & Holiday PayCompany Paid Life Insurance & Long-Term DisabilityRetirement Plan with Company Match
