Associate Biostatistics Research Analyst

Supporting a range of internal business partners, the full-time remote Associate Biostatistics Research Analyst will analyze and process data, build and maintain models, and develop dynamic reporting solutions across clinical, operational, and financial domains. Key responsibilitiesAnalyzing and processing data to create actionable reports and data-driven solutions Assisting consultants with business intelligence data for predictive analytics and implementing new tools Identifying performance measures and statistical metrics to enhance reporting accuracyRequired qualificationsUndergraduate bachelor's degree in any discipline with 2 years of experience, or a Master's Degree/Ph.D. with no experience Experience in data analysis or research, with flexibility in specific tools used Familiarity with AI tools for data querying and analysis Exposure to cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Google BigQuery, Snowflake, AWS) is desirable Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
