Reservation & Revenue Manager

Job Description Position SummaryThe Reservation & Revenue Manager is responsible for overseeing all reservation functions and executing revenue optimization strategies for Mountain Lake Lodge. This role drives occupancy, ADR, and total resort revenue through effective yield management, pricing strategy, and channel distribution.This position works closely with Front Office and Sales to align inventory, group strategy, and guest demand, supporting the overall financial success and guest experience of the resort.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesRevenue Management:- Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximize occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR- Monitor booking pace, market demand, and competitor positioning- Adjust rates and inventory dynamically based on demand patterns- Produce forecasts and analyze trendsReservations Oversight:- Oversee reservation operations for accuracy and efficiency- Monitor daily pick-up, cancellations, and modifications- Ensure system accuracy and rate loadingDistribution & Channel Management:- Manage OTA extranets and third-party booking channels- Maintain rate parity and optimize channel mix- Ensure accurate online contentCollaboration:- Work with Front Office and Sales on inventory and strategy- Participate in leadership meetingsReporting & Analysis:- Prepare reports (Occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, Pace)- Identify trends and opportunitiesQualifications- Minimum 4 years reservation experience required- Strong understanding of yield/revenue management- Experience with OTA extranets- Detail-oriented and analytical- Strong communication skills- OPERA Cloud experience preferredCompany DescriptionWelcome to Mountain LakeTimeless Tranquility Meets Appalachian Mountain AdventureSet in the middle of a 2,600-acre nature preserve and surrounded by breathtaking Appalachian Mountains, our historic Mountain Lake Resort provides the ultimate rustic retreat.Company DescriptionWelcome to Mountain Lake\r\nTimeless Tranquility Meets Appalachian Mountain Adventure\r\nSet in the middle of a 2,600-acre nature preserve and surrounded by breathtaking \r\nAppalachian Mountains, our historic Mountain Lake Resort provides the ultimate rustic retreat.
