Responsibilities Deliver high-quality pest services to our commercial clients Manage and organize a service route for client accounts Communicate effectively with clients, providing recommendations and solutions for a pest-free environment Provide a Managed Pest Solution to our clients in response to arising pest challenges Qualifications Professional demeanor Effective communication skills Attention to detail Energetic and friendly personality Comfortable performing hands-on tasks Sales mindset (preferred) Prior experience in pest control (preferred, but not required) Willingness to be on-call during off work hours and weekends Compensation Our compensation is production-based, designed to reward your hard work and dedication.
