Systems Engineer

Architect, prototype, demonstrate, and transition technology for Flexible Communications, Radar, and Electronic Warfare (FlexCREW) systems. Develop advanced multi-function sensor capabilities. Collaborate across business lines to understand requirements, develop solutions, and transition capabilities. Lead performance assessments and requirement decomposition across RF, Digital, and Software/Firmware teams. Support new business capture by generating artifacts and authoring response sections in proposal development.What You'll Need Bachelor's degree or higher in Systems Engineering or another engineering discipline. Minimum of 7+ years of relevant development experience. Experience with requirements decomposition. Prior project systems engineering lead, SEIT, or architecture experience. Active or ability to obtain a DoD Top Secret security clearance. Ability to support up to 10% travel.
