The Residential Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the residential properties, including maintenance, tenant relations, and ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.This position comes with a fully-renovated large one-bedroom apartment in a beautiful 16-unit building near West Hollywood, CA at one-third discount to market rent, plus hourly compensation. You will be responsible for overseeing the building at which you reside, as well as four other smaller properties nearby.
