Role Description We are seeking a dedicated and licensed mental health professional (LCSW, LSW, LMFT, LMHC) to join our team. This is a hybrid role based in Lexington, IN, offering a mix of in-office sessions and flexibility for remote work. Responsibilities include conducting individual and family therapy sessions, developing treatment plans, maintaining client documentation, and collaborating with other professionals to provide comprehensive mental health support tailored to client needs. Qualifications Active and valid licensure as an LCSW, LSW, LMFT, or LMHC.Experience in clinical assessment, therapeutic intervention, and creating individualized treatment plans.Strong communication, counseling, and relationship-building skills to foster trust and engagement with clients.Proficiency in maintaining confidential client records and documenting sessions appropriately.Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic approaches and best practices in mental health services.Proficiency in utilizing telehealth platforms and digital tools for remote therapy sessions is a plus.Master's degree in Social Work or a related field.Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in client care and team collaboration.
