Based in Brighton, this practice is redefining care and advocacy in a rapidly growing and highly impactful space.The Director is a respected voice in the sports community, regularly speaking at universities, collaborating with industry leaders, and working hands-on with patients. She is seeking a highly capable Executive Assistant to serve as her right handsomeone who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment and brings both precision and foresight to their work.This is a fully onsite role (5 days/week) offering a unique opportunity to be deeply embedded in meaningful work while supporting a dynamic and influential leader.Key ResponsibilitiesManage complex and ever-evolving calendar across clinical, speaking, and external commitmentsCoordinate detailed domestic travel, including multi-stop itineraries and logisticsHandle expense reporting and reconciliation with accuracy and timelinessAct as a strategic gatekeeper and thought partner, anticipating needs before they ariseSupport preparation for speaking engagements, events, and external appearancesAssist with coordination of events and community-facing initiatives (experience here is a plus)Serve as a trusted liaison across internal and external stakeholdersQualifications4+ years of Executive Assistant experience, ideally supporting a senior leader or founderExceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detailProactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to think several steps aheadExperience managing complex calendaring and travel logisticsStrong communication skills and high level of discretionEvents experience is a plusCompensation & BenefitsBase salary: $110,000 $120,000Comprehensive benefits packageOpportunity to work alongside a leader making a tangible impact in womens health and sports
