Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and passionate Sun Specialist-Freelance Beauty Advisor to join our dynamic team. Duties We are looking for someone who is passionate about spreading the sunshine with expertise in skincare and SPF! Key skills include: *Developing and maintaining strong relationships with select retailer partners, including leadership and other brand partners in key doors. *An entrepreneurial spirit- someone who isn't afraid to try new ideas, plan and execute in store events with leadership as well as maintain visual and stock needs ensuring we look "best in class" *A passion for education and training. Utilizing down time to train key players, brand partners and plan any additional in store training opportunities. *Open availability- I currently have 20-25hours a week to offer the right person, with a willingness to drive to key stores in the Houston market. *Please note, this is a freelance sales position. Must have strong selling skills and experience with Ulta and Sephora Requirements Proven experience in beauty & cosmetics sales, cosmetology, or related fields with a strong knowledge of skincare products and makeup application techniques Strong sales acumen with experience in upselling and customer service excellence Ability to demonstrate product demos confidently while educating clients on proper usage and benefits Time management skills coupled with organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Join us as a Sun Specialist-Freelance Beauty Advisor where your passion for beauty meets your talent for sales!
