Repair Foreman - Restoration

Elite Restoration is currently looking for a Restoration Repair Foreman for our Twin Falls area location. If you have a successful attitude with a "get it done right" mentality, a desire for a career that helps others, plus work with a growing company dedicated to restoring damaged homes and businesses, then look no further.The Primary Responsibilities of this Role are:Possess the skill set to perform work on-site per the Project Manager's direction for multiple residential, commercial and industrial projectsProvide technical explanations to clients, consultants and adjustersCommunicate professionally with customers, subcontractors, and insurance companiesJob management with limited to no directionCoordinate job starts and schedule appointments with customers and clientsPoint of Contact w/ property owner clients, insurance claims personnel, and consultants, ability to communicate professionallyProvide constructive feedback and direction to complete tasks on time and within budgetDevelop construction schedules for review with Production ManagerManage time, job cost, and budgets - working knowledge of DASH, PO's and work ordersSet up and schedule crews to be on jobs, to finish per scheduleScheduling sub-contractors, answering questionsCoordinate work duties with subcontractors and field personnelCommunicate with homeowner throughout jobManaging communications on projects between customers and project team membersMeet with municipal inspectors as requiredConducting jobsite visitsManage, coach, mentor and develop personnel as neededBuild, develop and grow any business relationships w/ contractors and homeownersMaintain quality control over all projectsOrder materials for JobOther duties as assignedYou will be successful in this role if your background and capabilities include:Previous experience in disaster restoration helpfulExperience in multiple trades such as drywall installation, trim finish work, Insulation, Painting, and FramingAbility to read technical documents and drawingsWillingness to follow safety guidelines at all timesPrevious experience leading a crew and managing jobsAbility to lift and manipulate heavy objects on a regular basisAbility to stand and walk for long periods of timeAbility to work in confined spacesValid Driver LicensesWhat's in it for you?Competitive PayFull Health Benefits PackagePaid Time Off & Paid Holidays401K Retirement Plan with Company MatchingGreat Work Environment - Family Culture and Team Building Events
