With over 230,000 employees and business partners across 65 countries, we deliver on the promise of helping our customers, colleagues, and communities thrive in an ever-changing world.Job Description: What you'll be doing:Organize and drive planning, requirements, scheduling, and standup/retrospective discussionsEngage with Product Engineering and Test Engineering teams to drive Diags projects with OpsIdentify project scope, define success criteria, manage initiative risks, and outline resource requirements with business ownersOwn the requirements & development of business use casesSet expectations with partners, steering committee, and team members regularly, provide project updates, and communicate key decisions on project scopeInteract and collaborate with multi-functional teams and different org levels as part of keeping the project on trackProvide regular communications to leadership team and Ops stakeholders to set and manage expectationsWhat we need to see:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience8+ years of relevant experienceAbility to work on multiple projects effectively with a team of engineers and other teammates in a dynamic and constantly evolving environmentStrong organizational, planning, risk management, and communication skillsFamiliarity with Python and Server HardwarePrior experience in Product Engineering and Test EngineeringMandatory Skills: VLSI Board Design. Experience: 5-8 Years. The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $148,500. Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience.
