*Responsibilities:*
* Use CAM software to program, set up, and run low-volume, tight-tolerance prototype parts.
* Perform quality checks using precision measurement tools during the machining process.
* Conduct routine maintenance on CNC machines to ensure optimal performance.
* Maintain detailed records of machining operations and outcomes.
*Preferred Qualification:*
* High school diploma or equivalent preferred; technical certification is a plus.
* Experience in complex CNC lathe machining.
* Programming with GibbsCAM or comparable software.
* Multi-axis workcenter experience
* Strong mathematical skills for accurate measurements and calculations.
* Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and other machining equipment effectively.
\*Candidates must also achieve a sufficient score on an in-house technical evaluation as part of the hiring process.
