We’re currently seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Administrative Assistant to play a critical role in maintaining smooth day-to-day business operations with a high level of professionalism and independence. We value integrity, service, and long-term sustainability in all our projects and partnerships.Key Responsibilities:· Assist with QAQC tracking and documentation processes· Manage scheduling and maintain calendars· Support accounts receivable (AR) tasks and QuickBooks Online bookkeeping· Coordinate HR onboarding and maintain employee records· Manage company insurance policies and obtain Certificates of Insurance (COIs)· Contribute to marketing initiatives and proposal development· Maintain digital and physical filing systems· Conduct light procurement, supply management, and vendor coordinationRequired Qualifications:· Exceptional communication, organization, and attention to detail· Proficient with QuickBooks Online, Microsoft Office Suite, and cloud tools· Experience with recordkeeping, scheduling, maintaining corporate insurance policies, and general office management· Self-motivated and ability to manage multiple prioritiesPreferred Skills:· Proven experience in an administrative, management, or assistant role· Familiarity with consulting industry workflows and QAQC systems · Experience in preparing grant proposals, RFPs, or similar documents· Marketing and social media experienceWork Structure & Benefits: · Approximately 20-40 hours/week with flexible scheduling· Hybrid work may be available with regularly scheduled office check-ins· Opportunity to grow with a mission-driven company and contribute to meaningful environmental work· Benefits package includes health, dental/vision, term life, retirement, and paid time off (full-time only)
