OverviewWe are seeking a full-time Sales Programs Administrator 1 at Garmin's U.S. headquarters in the Greater Kansas City area. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing credits, debits and orders for all of Garmin's sales programs. This involves documentation, research, validation, accurate accrual, timely processing of internal and external requests, providing program summaries, and providing superior customer service.Essential FunctionsManagement of compliance, maintenance and documentation of all sales programs including, but not limited to, sell thru, buy down, price protection, co-op advertising, volume rebate, consumer rebate, associate purchase, promotional orders, consignment and tradeshow ordersProvide critical operational support to sales team by administering sales programs, generating reporting, and bridging the gap between sales, customers, and internal departments through communication, program education, and continuous collaborationOversee and manage all sales programs throughout their entire lifecycle ensuring effective execution and complianceOwn and oversee the sales programs ensuring accurate validation, review, processing of requests, and governance of the programsProvide excellent, prompt and professional communication to dealer partners and internal teams to address balance inquiries, claims and ordersManage sales program accrual, including preparing and analyzing reporting for leadershipManage and maintain multiple different inboxes ensuring timely and excellent communication to dealer partners and internal departmentsBasic QualificationsHigh School Diploma AND a minimum of 4 years of total equivalent combination of education and relevant experience in a similar roleDemonstrated strong math and analytical skillsMust demonstrate proficiency using Microsoft Office Excel specifically in the creation and management of spreadsheets with formulas including, but not limited to, V-lookup and Pivot Table skillsDemonstrated proficiency and effective data-entry and ten-key skillsAbility to prioritize and multi-task in a flexible, fast paced, and challenging environmentDemonstrated strong and effective verbal, written, and respectful interpersonal communication skills to work across functional and organizational lines with strong negotiating and analytical skillsDriven problem solver with proven success in solving difficult problems with high level of accuracyMust be detail-oriented and work proactively and effectively with minimal supervisionMust be team-oriented, possess a positive attitude and work well with othersDesired QualificationsBachelor's DegreeExperience with Oracle applicationsGarmin product knowledgeGarmin International is an equal opportunity employer.
