The Brand Marketing Specialist will be responsible for designing and coordinating rollout activities across various brand marketing initiatives, establishing timelines, guidelines, and procedures to monitor and promote affiliate usage and participation. Job Description: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Brand Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design and project management, with a passion for developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance our brand presence. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive brand marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement. Design visually compelling marketing materials, including brochures, social media graphics, email campaigns, video content and website content. Manage multiple marketing projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with brand guidelines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and external agencies, to ensure cohesive brand messaging. Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights. Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement. Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing, design, and project management. Maintain, communicate and enforce brand identity standards for the CENTURY 21 brand Regularly collect feedback, competitive insights and reporting metrics to continuously improve efficiency and effectiveness of marketing initiatives Regular duties also include: Budget & invoice maintenance Monthly reporting Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field strongly preferred. 3+ years of experience in brand marketing, with a strong portfolio showcasing design skills. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, AfterEffects). Experience with video production is strongly preferred. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive marketing decisions. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
