ECG TechnicianRemote Eligible:  OnsiteOnsite Location(s): Houston, TX, US About This Role:The ECG Technician is responsible for the interpretation and reporting of ECG data received for patients wearing Company monitoring devices to assist physicians in diagnosing the patient. This position is fast-paced and requires strong attention to detail. The work environment is an office setting where you will be required to sit in front of a computer for long periods. Your Responsibilities Will Include:Process, analyze, interpret, edit and build ECG data reportsRecognize abnormal cardiac rhythms/symptoms, and communicate information to the appropriate team member and physician if necessaryDownload data recordings and patient symptoms or diary entries as neededResponsible for addressing outbound calls to patients, determining critical symptoms, and directing calls to the appropriate team memberAid patients in troubleshooting devices, answer questions, and give device educationEnsure all inbound/outbound calls and related documents are handled following HIPAA regulations and Company policy and procedureMaintain consistent communication with necessary team members to aid in the smooth operation of the Data LabFax serious and critical reports to practices and hospitals as requestedEnsure Patient Registration is entered into the Electronic Medical System correctlyAccurately document actions taken within patient recordsFacilitate orders for monitors and supplies What We're Looking For in You:Minimum QualificationsHigh School DiplomaCCT certified Skilled in rhythm analysis and interpretationPrevious experience with Cardiac Event/Holter monitoring Preferred QualificationsCRAT certified preferred1-2 years of experience in Customer Service preferredBilingual is a plusPositive attitude Team player
