Offering tailored risk consulting, insurance and surety placement and claims management solutions, Wye River empowers clients with clear and comprehensive insurance strategies that offer full coverage and true peace of mind.Primary Responsibilities:As a Customer Service Representative for Wye River Insurance, your primary responsibilities include:Assisting with monthly reports, analyzing policy, compiling various proposals, creating ACORD applications, insurance agreements, and additional projectsCreating and distributing certificates of insurance to stakeholders on a daily basisEditing and proofing all work for precision before distributionGenerating and sending all invoices in a timely mannerInteracting with clients at all levels both on the phone and in personProviding professional and courteous service for all functions requiredOrganizing and maintain calendarsPlanning and executing occasional client/networking meetings and functionsMaking travel arrangementsMaintaining all files pertaining to corporate mattersSpecial projects as requestedWhat You Bring to Us:Bachelor’s degree required2+ years in administrative assistant or similar role supporting multiple people in fast paced environments1-2 years of experience in either Insurance or Real Estate industriesProperty and Casualty insurance licensesWillingness to travel between main corporate office and off-site meetingsStrong organizational abilities to manage heavy task volumeMust have excellent written and verbal communication skillsPossession of outstanding organization skills is essentialStrong computer/typing skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) AND EPICAbility to handle mail, phones, scheduling, faxing, etcAbility to edit/proofread for grammar and contentCapable of setting priorities and complete multiple tasks simultaneouslyProfessional presentation required at all timesCreativity, helpful/friendly personality, customer service focused, and a desire to learn the basics of insuranceSalary Range$50,000—$60,000 USDWorking on our team and in this position, you can expect:Competitive compensation.Health & wellness benefits.
