Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager, based in Ozark, MO. The Assistant Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, assist in managing team members, ensure compliance with hospital policies, and contribute to maintaining high-quality patient care. Responsibilities include coordinating staff schedules, assisting in department planning, resolving operational challenges, and collaborating with team members on performance improvement initiatives.
